Champexch Terms and Conditions — Know Your Rights and Responsibilities

By accessing, registering with, or using any part of the Champexch platform — including the website at champexch.bet, the mobile application, or any related services — you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the Champexch platform.

These Terms and Conditions form a legally binding agreement between you (the user) and Champexch. They apply to all services offered on the platform, including sports betting, cricket betting, casino games, card games (Teen Patti, Andar Bahar), Ludo, promotions, and all other features available to registered members.

To create and maintain a Champexch account you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. Champexch operates a strict zero-tolerance policy regarding underage gambling. Any account found to belong to a person under 18 will be immediately closed and all funds returned after verification.
• You must be a natural person — corporate, trust, or non-individual entities may not hold Champexch accounts for the purpose of gambling or gaming.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or close family member of a Champexch employee, unless written permission has been granted in advance by Champexch management.
• You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or permanently banned from Champexch under any account, username, or device identifier.
• You must be using the platform solely for personal entertainment and not for any commercial, professional, or third-party-directed purpose.

Champexch may request documentation to verify eligibility at any time — including government-issued ID, proof of address, or mobile number verification. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified time period may result in temporary suspension of withdrawal access until verification is completed.

Each eligible person is permitted to hold one Champexch account only. Creating multiple accounts — whether under different names, mobile numbers, email addresses, or devices — is strictly prohibited. Champexch actively detects duplicate accounts through device fingerprinting, payment method matching, and IP monitoring. Any duplicate accounts discovered will be closed without notice and associated balances may be forfeited.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. This includes your legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and any other information required during the registration process. You must not misrepresent your identity or provide false information at any stage.

Champexch is not liable for any losses arising from account access granted by you — intentionally or unintentionally — to another person. You must notify Champexch immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.

Champexch accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, Visa, and Mastercard. No other payment methods are currently supported. All amounts on Champexch are displayed and settled in PKR.

• The minimum single deposit amount is Rs 200.
• Champexch does not charge any fee on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges — these are beyond Champexch's control.
• Deposits are credited to your Champexch wallet within 30 seconds under normal operating conditions for mobile wallet deposits.
• Bank transfers (IBFT) may take up to 2 banking hours to clear depending on your bank's processing times.
• All deposited funds must come from a payment method that is registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted. Any such deposit may be returned and the associated account reviewed.
• Champexch reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership at any time as part of its KYC (Know Your Customer) processes.

Deposits made to Champexch are for the purpose of gaming and betting only. Champexch is not a bank and does not pay interest on deposited funds. Funds in your Champexch wallet are not insured by any government deposit protection scheme.

You may request a withdrawal of your available real-money balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum single withdrawal amount is Rs 500. There is no maximum withdrawal per request, though large withdrawals may require additional identity verification.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, wherever technically possible. This is a security measure to prevent money laundering.
• Mobile wallet withdrawals (Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay) are typically processed within 5–10 minutes of approval. Bank transfers may take up to 1 working day.
• Before your first withdrawal, Champexch may require you to complete a full identity verification (KYC) process, including submission of a valid CNIC or passport. This is a one-time process.
• Any active bonus balance that has not yet met wagering requirements is not withdrawable. Only your real-money balance (net of incomplete bonus playthrough) is available for withdrawal.
• Champexch does not charge a withdrawal fee. Processing times stated above are targets and may be extended during periods of high platform activity.

Champexch offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. Each promotion has its own specific terms, which are displayed on the Promotions page and on the individual offer card. In the event of a conflict between a promotion-specific term and these general Terms and Conditions, the promotion-specific term takes precedence for that promotion only.

The following general bonus rules apply to all Champexch promotions unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Welcome Bonus: The 100% first-deposit match bonus (up to Rs 10,000) is available to new Champexch accounts only. One bonus per verified mobile number, per household address, and per device. The bonus carries a 3–5× wagering requirement — the specific multiple is stated on the promotion page at the time of claim.
• Wagering Requirement: To meet a wagering requirement, the required total must be wagered across Champexch games. All game categories count at 100% of wagered amounts unless the specific promotion states a different contribution rate.
• Bonus Expiry: Standard Champexch bonuses are valid for 30 days from the date of credit. Daily free chips expire after 24 hours. Expired bonuses are forfeited automatically.
• Bonus Abuse: Champexch actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing opposite-side bets to manufacture turnover, using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, or using automated tools to meet wagering requirements. Any account found to be abusing bonuses will have the bonus and associated winnings forfeited and may be permanently banned.
• Cashback: Cashback promotions are credited as real PKR with no wagering requirement. They are withdrawable immediately upon credit.

Champexch's sports and cricket betting markets operate under the following rules. All bets placed on Champexch are final once confirmed. Bets may not be amended or cancelled after confirmation, except where Champexch's cash-out feature is available and the player elects to use it.

• Minimum Bet: Rs 50 per selection across all sports and market types.
• Odds at Time of Bet: The odds displayed at the moment you confirm your bet slip are the odds that apply to that bet. Subsequent odds changes do not affect confirmed bets.
• Match Abandonment: If a match is officially abandoned without a result, all match-winner bets are voided and stakes returned. DLS results are official results for T20 and ODI cricket matches.
• Erroneous Odds: If a market is opened with a clear and demonstrable pricing error (an odds value that no reasonable operator would intentionally publish), Champexch reserves the right to void bets placed at that price and return stakes in full. This right will be exercised sparingly and only where the error is verifiable.
• In-Play Betting: Live (in-play) bets are subject to a brief processing delay. Champexch cannot guarantee that in-play odds have not moved between the time you submit your bet and the time it is confirmed. If the odds change beyond Champexch's accepted threshold during processing, you will be offered the new price and may accept or decline.
• Accumulator Bets: A maximum of 10 selections per accumulator. If one leg of an accumulator is voided, the remaining legs continue and the void selection is treated as a 1.0 multiplier for payout purposes.
• Maximum Payout: Champexch's maximum single-bet payout is Rs 50,00,000. Higher potential returns from accumulators may be capped at this amount.

All Champexch casino games, card games, and Ludo operate using certified random number generator (RNG) technology. The outcome of every game round is determined independently, randomly, and without any possibility of external influence or manipulation by Champexch or its staff.

• Provably Fair: Champexch's RNG games use a Provably Fair seed system. The game seed is committed before each round and can be verified by the player after the round ends, providing mathematical proof of fair outcomes.
• Teen Patti & Andar Bahar: Standard card game rules apply. Where a game round fails to complete due to a technical fault, the round is voided and stakes returned. Partially completed rounds that technically completed before disconnection are settled on the recorded outcome.
• Ludo: Champexch Ludo tournaments operate under published tournament rules available on the Ludo Games page. Tournament entry fees are non-refundable once the tournament begins, except where Champexch cancels the tournament, in which case full refunds are issued.
• Game Malfunctions: Champexch is not liable for losses caused by technical malfunctions on your device, your internet connection, or your power supply during a game round. If a server-side malfunction is confirmed, affected rounds will be voided and stakes returned.

Champexch takes responsible gaming seriously and provides the following tools directly within every registered account, accessible without needing to contact support:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on how much you can deposit. Once set, increases to deposit limits take effect only after a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Set maximum net loss thresholds per day, week, or month. When a limit is reached, no further real-money bets can be placed until the period resets.
• Session Time Reminders: Set an alert to notify you after a specified duration of continuous play, helping you stay aware of how long you've been on the platform.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from Champexch. Short-term exclusion options range from 24 hours to 6 months. Permanent self-exclusion is irreversible and will result in your account being closed. Stakes from settled bets prior to exclusion will be paid out; active bonuses are forfeited.
• Reality Checks: Opt into periodic reminders showing your net gaming activity (deposits, winnings, losses) over a selected period.

Champexch reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time if there is reasonable evidence of any of the following:

• Providing false or misleading information during registration or at any later stage of identity verification.
• Operating multiple accounts in violation of the one-account-per-player rule.
• Any form of fraud, including but not limited to: chargeback abuse, payment fraud, use of stolen payment methods, or collusion in betting markets.
• Match-fixing or any attempt to bet on markets where the user has inside knowledge or has taken steps to influence the outcome.
• Use of automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the Champexch platform in place of genuine human activity.
• Abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour directed at Champexch support staff or other players.
• Repeated violation of any specific rule in these Terms and Conditions after receiving a warning.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, Champexch will aim to complete its review within 14 working days and will communicate the outcome by email. Legitimate balances held in suspended accounts will be returned to the verified payment method on file once the investigation is concluded, unless the closure is due to confirmed fraud.

All content on the Champexch platform — including but not limited to logos, graphics, software code, game interfaces, text, and the Champexch brand name — is the exclusive intellectual property of Champexch and its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Champexch platform solely for personal gaming and entertainment purposes.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from any Champexch content without prior written permission. The champexch.bet domain name and all associated trademarks are registered marks of Champexch and may not be used in any context that could create confusion about the source or affiliation of services.

Champexch collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms and Conditions. By registering on Champexch, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Champexch's total liability to any user in respect of any claim arising from or related to the use of the platform shall not exceed the amount deposited by that user in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Champexch is not liable for:

• Losses arising from the outcome of any bet, game, or wager placed on the platform.
• Losses arising from technical failures on your device, internet connection, or power supply.
• Indirect, consequential, or punitive losses of any kind.
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers.
• Loss of profits, loss of opportunity, or any other economic loss beyond direct financial loss of deposited funds.

Champexch may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. When material changes are made, Champexch will provide notice to registered users via email and/or a prominent in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect, where reasonably practicable.
